Hello Neffie, and welcome to planDisney!
I am so excited to hear that you are planning to visit during the
World’s Most Magical Celebration. Your family and friends will have an amazing time during your trip. You have come to the right place to get started making your plans.
If you are making room-only reservations, the
Disney Annual Passholders may qualify for a discount on their accommodations even if their passes have not been activated. They will need to make sure their passes are linked to their My Disney Experience accounts. The Annual Pass becomes active on the first day they enter a Disney Theme Park. These
room reservations can be made online or with a Cast Member over the phone by calling (407) 939-1936. Other members of your travel party can book the other room as a package that included room and tickets. When booking a package, all Guests staying in that room must have the same ticket type. When booking with a Cast Member, you can make a request that you want a room near the other members of your party or connecting rooms, if available at your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel.
I would recommend that everyone gets connected in the
My Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. This will allow everyone to share and make plans together. After everyone has a room reservation and Theme Park Tickets, it is time to make your
Disney Park Pass reservation. This will need to be done in 2 steps because Disney Annual Passholders have availability that is separate from non-pass holders. Check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure the parks you want to visit are available to both Annual Passholders and Guests of Select Resort Hotels. Once you find dates that work for you, begin to make your
Park Reservations. Annual Passholders will need to be made separately by clicking the
Annual Passes button and then
Book Park Reservation for Hotel Guest, this will allow the Annual Passholders to make reservations for the entire length of their resort stay. Choose your reservation number and the members of your party and follow the prompts to choose the day and park you are planning to visit. Confirm the selection and then repeat this process for each day of your trip. Next, you will make your reservations for everyone else by clicking the
Theme Park Tickets button. Select the remaining members of your party, choose the date and park you are planning to visit. Follow the prompts to confirm and then repeat for any remaining days of the trip. Remember that all theme parks have limited availability, I recommend making your park pass reservations as soon as you have purchased your tickets.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions before you arrive please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
