How many people can use rider swap?

    Hi Kimberly!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney! Rider Switch is one of my favorite services at Walt Disney World Resort. We just welcomed our little princess to our family, so Rider Switch is the perfect way for my family to enjoy our favorite attractions while our little one is with us!

When you're using Rider Switch at Walt Disney World Resort, your group will split into two riding parties. The first party will enjoy the attraction, while the second party waits with the little Mouseketeer or Guest who is unable to ride. After the first party riders, they will meet the second party and take over supervision of the Guest or Guests not riding so the first party can enjoy the attraction.

If the second riding party consists of one person who has waited with the Guest who is not riding, then one additional person can enjoy the attraction with them. This means that one Guest will be able to enjoy the attraction twice! This is quite a treat for my boys as they get to take turns enjoying attractions twice when we are using Rider Switch!

Kimberly, if you are visiting with little Mouseketeers, be sure to take advantage of the Baby Care Centers in the theme parks. They are the perfect place to take care of all of your little ones' needs. I love that they are a calm, cool place for diaper changes and feedings and they are a great spot to give your little one a break from the busy theme parks!

Feel free to come back to see us if you have additional questions as your trip approaches. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!

Meet the Panelist: Crystal, Colorado

Hi! I’m Crystal and I’m a wife and mommy to three little Mouseketeers. My husband and I have been enjoying Disney Parks since before we were married, and now we take our children to see Mickey and the gang as often as we can, while  managing my oldest son's food allergies. Planning is key for my family to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun trip to our favorite place and it can be just as exciting as the trip itself. I can’t wait to help you plan your next adventure there, too! Learn More About Crystal
