    There were 3 people on my reservation, but I paid for all tickets. I just had to cancel because one member has a family member with covid and she cannot come. Do I get my money back? Can I transfer her ticket so I can use it at a later date

    I'm sorry to hear that you had to cancel your upcoming trip. I hope you are at ease to know that you can easily reschedule your ticket reservations when you are ready to visit. You can make reservations and cancel them both on the website or in the Disneyland app, as needed. Disneyland Resort is committed to welcoming Guests as safely as possible. If your Guest can no longer come, anyone can use her ticket at a later date if the ticket if it is completely unused.

    When you are ready to plan and reschedule your trip remember to book your theme park ticket reservations as soon as you know the dates. I also suggest you make sure you have the Disneyland app downloaded to your mobile device so you are ready to check attraction wait times, mobile order your favorite snacks, and allow Disney Genie service to help plan your day in the parks.
