We will have 14 people in our party. I was wondering if there was a limit in the number of people in your party when booking a Genie + Lighting Lane or Individual Lightning Lane? I didn't know if we could have one person book for all 14 of us at once?

    Welcome to planDisney Julie,

Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho, it is off to Walt Disney World Resort you go. What a great way to start a new year - with a visit to The World's Most Magical Celebration. You will be able to enjoy all the amazing festivities surrounding the 50th anniversary celebration. One of our favorites is Beacons of Magic. We love how the theme park icons light up the evening sky with glimmering lights as if they have been sprinkled with the most beautiful pixie dust. Simply magical!

I don't know about you, but I have always been a fan of that big blue companion. Then he went and really upped his "friend-ability" when he ushered in Genie+ and the opportunity to add Lightning Lanes and Individual Lightning Lanes to our visit. By adding the Disney Genie+ option to your daily theme park admission, you will have the "mystic powers" to schedule Lightning Lane return times, as well as purchase available Individual Lightning Lane times, to your favorite attractions. At this time, you are able to make a reservation for you and eleven other Guests. You will need to make sure that everyone in your group is added and linked through the Friends & Family list on your My Disney Experience account, and everyone will need to have the Genie+ option added to their day.  It does sound like you will need an extra hand however, as your party size is a couple of people over the limit for you to book alone.

Hakuna Matata! This is an easy fix. Simply have another person in your group handle the selections for those extra pals. You can either split the group in half, or you handle the majority and your "bestest" pal handle the remaining two. Just remember that the other person should be searching for the same attractions and return times as you, so you will all be able to ride together. The good news is, even if the return times are slightly off for the two parties, there is a one hour return period. This means your times should overlap and all you need to do is enter the Lightning Lane line as a group once the return time for both parties has arrived. As long as you enter the line together, it will not matter that it was booked in two separate groups.

I hope this keeps you all "swimming along" throughout your stay. If I can help with any further planning questions, please stop back and see me

    T-T-F-N (Ta-Ta for now),
