Lori, it seems like you are getting some kind of error when choosing your
MagicBand selections. You should be able to choose them for everyone in your party. While I am no tech support, I do have a few ideas for you. Have you tried logging out and then back into your MyDisneyExperience account? Sometimes when things aren't working right for me I'll try this first to reset everything. If that does not work, I'd actually try using a different internet browser. The
Walt Disney World website seems to work better depending on which browser you are using so switching to a different one could solve your issues. If that doesn't work either, Lori, I think it's time to call the support team and speak to a Cast Member. You can reach the
MyDisneyExperience and MagicBand support team at (407) 939-4357. Phone lines open up typically around 7:00 a.m. each day and close around 11:00 p.m. Mickey Mouse's time.
If you aren't able to get it figured out before your trip, you can always purchase a MagicBand once you are at Walt Disney World. You will see them for sale at almost every merchandise location throughout the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. After you've purchased one, you can see how to link it to your
MyDisneyExpereince account on the back of the packaging. It's a very simple process and it walks you through it.
