Only 2 people in my party need magicbands. Is it possible to order just their magic bands before our trip through the preorder? Everyone else has one already but I don't see the option to proceed with the order unless i select one for every person.

    Hello, Morgan!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with an important question. I am thrilled to see that you will be joining the World’s Most Magical Celebration this fall. There have been so many new experiences, merchandise, food, and entertainment created just for this 18-month-long celebration. Be sure to check out Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection, made up of 50 golden statues on display in all 4 theme parks. They are perfect for photo ops, and they will interact with the new MagicBand+ that will make its debut soon.

Guests of Disney Resorts Collection Hotels have the option to order MagicBands at a pre-arrival discounted price. Some of the MagicBands available are pre-arrival exclusives, meaning that you will not see a particular MagicBand for sale in the parks or resorts. Today, there are over a dozen styles available that you can customize for the members of your travel party.

You will be pleased to know that you can select and customize a MagicBand for one or all members of your family. First, select the MagicBands for the 2 members of your party that will need them. Next, you will select the option to Decline a New MagicBand for the members of your party that do not want one. Follow the prompts to complete your order, confirm your mailing address, and submit payment. Please note: once you decline a MagicBand for someone on your reservation, you will not have the option of requesting a MagicBand for them at a later time.

Remember that all Guests visiting Disney Theme Parks will need a valid admission ticket and Park Pass reservation for each person for each day you plan to visit a park. If you haven’t made your reservations yet, I recommend that you do as soon as possible. All parks are operating at limited capacity and you do not want to be turned away at the gate without a reservation. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
