    We have people in our party who have food allergies. We need Gluten Free and dairy free options. Is there a list of restaurants or places that we can get these types of foods?

    Hi Candice!

    Since my son has food allergies, I know how challenging it can be to accommodate special diets during vacation. You will find that the vast majority of restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free diets. In my experience, I have found that table service restaurants have a larger variety of options to offer for allergy-friendly meals and larger kitchens to help with cross-contamination concerns. Some of our favorite dining experiences that have accommodated my son's allergies wonderfully have been Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and breakfast at 'Ohana!

    The restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort have allergy-friendly menus that you can use when speaking to the Chef to help you order safe foods at both quick service and table service restaurants. Many of these allergy-friendly menus are loaded online and you can see the allergy-friendly options offered by each restaurant. A link to each restaurant's menu is located on the right-side restaurant's webpage, just under the restaurant's price range.

    Another great resource you can use to plan your dining options is the Special Diets Team. This group of Cast Members are dedicated to helping Guests with special dietary requirements enjoy Walt Disney World Resort safely. You can email them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to get specific information about accommodating your families allergies and restaurants that will work well for your family.
