We have 12 people in our group with ADRs for our meals. If some members of our group fail to show up on time for the reservation, can the remaining members still use our reservation or would that cause us to lose the reservation?

    Hi Barbara!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Disney understands that plans will sometimes change at the last minute.  So, if a person or two doesn't show up for a reservation, you won't lose it.  It's best to let the restaurant know as soon as possible that your party will be smaller, just so they can open up that space to other guests who want to eat there.

We had a similar instance on our past trip.  I had a reservation made for ten people, but four of them couldn't make it due to a flight delay and missed connection.  We still went to the restaurant and explained the situation.  It was no big deal!

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
