    Do people get grandfathered in to free parking if they booked say in June 2017 and the announcement for parking being an additional charge came recently?”

    Thank you for sending us your great question about the new Walt Disney World Resort hotel standard overnight self-parking fees.

    Standard overnight self-parking fees are only effective for reservations made on March 21, 2018 and thereafter. If you made your Disney Resort hotel reservations in June of 2017, you will not pay the standard overnight self-parking fees.

    For your reference, standard overnight parking charges per Resort hotel category are currently as follows:

    •   Disney Value Resort hotels: $13 per night
    •   Disney Moderate Resort hotels: $19 per night
    •   Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels: $24 per night

    These charges are applied to a Guest's hotel folio at the time of check-out.
