Hi, I have 12 people on my family and friends list but only 11 are showing up when I try to use Myplan to make reservations. How do I get all 12 people on my friends and family list onto my linked ticket list?

    Hello Rebecca,

It's wonderful to see you here with us at planDisney. It's also wonderful to see you're planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I can imagine you're looking forward to all the magic that's awaiting you!

I'm happy to hear you are making plans for your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. It is puzzling, though, why you're not seeing all the Guests that display on your My Family & Friends list when you try to select your party to make a theme park reservation.

It could be the issue is ensuring that the Guest you're wanting to select is added correctly to your My Family & Friends list. My best suggestion for helping you solve the puzzle is to connect with a friendly Cast Member who can take a look at the details for the Guest on your My Family & Friends list who seems to not be showing up to select. You might find it easier to use the online chat service to get assistance, or you could use the "Chat with Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you prefer, you could give a call to 407-560-CHAT (2428) to connect with a Cast Member for assistance.

I'm hopeful that your My Family & Friends list puzzle is easily solved and you and your whole group will be enjoying "The Most Magical Place on Earth" real soon.

Rebecca, here's wishing you a fun and wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
