As Disney Vacation Club members, having DVC villa stays at Resort hotels adjacent to the theme parks at Walt Disney World and Disneyland has us feeling like kings undisputed, respected, saluted, and seen for the wonders that we are. So let’s be prepared and dive into your question!
Linda, it sounds like you have an upcoming theme park visit and want to know about any available discounts for DVC members. Have you heard of
Membership Magic Beyond? This optional program offers specially priced theme park tickets for Walt Disney World and Disneyland as well as a 30-day memory maker entitlement. In addition, Membership Magic Beyond allows members to use Vacation Points to purchase the Disney Sorcerer Pass or Disney Incredi-pass as well as priority access to the various member lounges within the theme parks. I suggest looking into all of the available offerings that come with this program!
DVC also generally provides discounts to DVC members for select dates of special ticketed events, such as
Disney After Hours,
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Since you’ll be arriving in March and are interested in attending a Disney After Hours event, I suggest taking a look at when those are offered and if they align with your travel dates.
If you are planning multiple trips to Walt Disney World this year, I also recommend looking into purchasing the
Disney Sorcerer Pass. This annual pass is typically reserved for Florida residents, but DVC also allows out-of-state members
eligible for Membership Extras to purchase this annual pass. As an out-of-state member myself, it has helped us to enjoy the Disney magic and save a decent amount of money for my family of 4!
Linda, lucky for you that your visit will coincide with EPCOT's
International Flower & Garden Festival! Our family loves the festival for the beautiful gardens and topiaries that dot the park, along with the deliciously themed food at the festival booths. Don't forget to check out the live music performances at the
