We have 10 people going to Disneyworld in May...7 adults, one 5 year, one 15 months and one 13 months old. We are staying at Pop Century. Do you have advice for making this enjoyable for all, and would you suggest a stroller for the 5 year old?

Hello Cathy!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom´s Panel.

May is a fun time of the year to visit Walt Disney World, with great weather and low crowds.

My kids, 6 and 8 year old, still love strollers, of course only at Disney!
Strollers also help carry bags and other stuff around.
That is why we always take our two old strollers.
Guest can also rent them at Disney parks.

My best advice for an enjoyable vacation for all 10 in the group is to get to the parks at least 15 minutes before opening time, and to move around using your own car or taking a taxi.  These will allow you to commute in less than 30 minute to and from the parks.  At these ages your kids really need a good mid-day break from the parks, so that they may later enjoy the parks at night, when crowds may be lower and weather is just a breeze.

Though renting a car or taking taxis (always go with MEARS) may result in additional costs, both will surely facilitate and enhance your vacation.
Disney´s free transportation to the parks and resorts is a great service that my family values, but to make the most of your vacation time - a car is a must.

Happy to help you plan a magical Disney vacation for all 10 in the group.
