If 2 people have a DAS Pass, can each person have separate ride das passes at the same time? Example: If my son & I each have one, can I use mine for a ride with my younger children while my son uses his for another with my husband at the same time?

Hey there, Kelli! Thanks so much for coming to planDisney with your vacation planning question! We're always eager to help guests create magical memories and make the most of their visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, so let's dig a little deeper into the ins and outs of the Disability Access Service to answer your question!

DAS is a wonderful service for eligible guests who have tolerance limitations for waiting in a traditional standby queue for attractions at the Theme Parks. Using this service allows guests to book a return time (aligned to the current wait time for the desired attraction) as an alternative to the traditional standby waiting.

If you have more than one guest in your party who is registered as a DAS holder, you are more than welcome to split up to experience different attractions at the same time; the only limitation is that each person may only hold one active DAS return time at once. So, if you were to book a DAS return time for yourself as the DAS holder, you could select as your party your younger children, and your son as a DAS holder would also be eligible to make a selection for himself and your husband. Once those experiences have been redeemed, you can make an additional selection for the group as a whole, or make another split selection if you wish!

Kelli, if you'd like to preregister for DAS virtually before your trip, you can do so anytime between 2 and 30 days prior to your arrival. With your arrival date of April 28, this means your preregistration window opens in just a few days! During this process, you will also be able to make two advance DAS selections for each theme park you will be visiting. Be sure to have your travel party linked in your Family & Friends list prior to the video chat, and since you and your son will be registering, make sure you are both present for the chat to complete the process together.

I hope this information is helpful, and I hope you and your family will have a fantastic and magical visit together! If you have any additional questions, come on back to planDisney - we're all ears!

    See you real soon,
    Alison
