10 people - 6 adults, 4 kids (1-5 yrs old). Can 1 person make ADR for the grp? Will they be able to seat us at 1 table, and can each family use their own DP (ie: 3 bills)? I'm worried about tipping, and the DP with such a big group. Thanks!

The good news is that one person can call 407-WDW-DINE to make meal reservations for the entire group of 10.  We visited WDW last September with 10 people in our party.  We were able to enjoy most of our meals at one large table, but there were a few restaurants in which we had to be split into two tables.   Your best bet to obtain seating together is to call as early as possible.  Remember that reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance.

During our trip we had no problems with splitting the dining plan credits between two families.  I'm sure that you won't have a problem getting three bills either.

Gratuities will be automatically included in the total bill for parties of six or more people.

    Hope that helps!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
