Pecos Bill's menu has changed again. Do you know if it's possible to order the chicken AND beef fajita meal with chicken only; no beef? Neither my wife nor I eat red meat but we always liked Pecos Bill's and would like to go back. Thanks.

    Hi Dan,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question! During my last visit to Walt Disney World Resort, I had the chance to try the new menu at Pecos Bill’s Tall Tale Inn and Cafe at Magic Kingdom Park and I absolutely adored it! Tex-Mex inspired food and unlimited guacamole at the toppings bar - what’s not to love??!!

It just so happens that, much like you and your wife, one of the members of my party didn’t eat red meat, either. She ordered the fajita platter and was able to ask that she only get chicken, and no beef, without any issues. You should be able to order this customization but, your ability to do so may depend on how busy the restaurant is at the time you choose to dine there. If you’d like to request a more “custom” meal, I would recommend going there at off-peak times, and not when the place is filled to the rafters with your fellow (hungry) Guests.

Enjoy your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort and please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

Have a magical day, and… bon appétit!
