    Can I payoff the remainder of my trip online using the new website? I was able to do it on the old one but am having trouble finding the link on the new site. Also, will Disney send me a reminder of when the trip has to be paid by? Thanks

    Hello Brittany!

    Your spring vacation to Walt Disney World is just around the corner, I'm sure your house is buzzing with excitement!  Yes, you absolutely can use the new website to payoff the remaining balance on your vacation. After logging into your account on the Walt Disney World website, hoover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab.  You will see a menu drop down with several selections, click on "My Reservations" and you should see the details of your upcoming vacation.  Click on the "view details" link at the bottom of your reservation information and from there a small pop up will open up with extra details.  At the top of that page it will say something such as" Reservation for X, "right underneath that your balance will show along with "make a payment"  link.  Once you click on the "make a payment" link, you will be taken to a new window where you can pay on the balance of your trip.  The due date for the final payment will be shown on several of these pages and you will also receive a friendly email reminder letting you know when your due date is getting close.
