But "let's get down to business." If you need to make payments on your upcoming Disney trip, it's really simple. Sign in to your
My Disney Experience account and select the "My Plans" option from the drop-down menu. This page will include your upcoming reservation details, such as your Disney Resorts Collection hotel information, confirmation numbers, remaining balance, and a blue link that says "Make a Payment." Select this option and you'll be able to complete your transaction.
You can't do this using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Therefore, you'll have to sign in using your internet browser. Also, if you booked your travel plans through a travel agent then you'll have to process your payments through them.
If, for whatever reason, you're unable to make your payments online, try calling
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and speaking to a Cast Member.
