Can I make payments if I only purchase theme park tickets?

    Hello, Pamela!

Welcome to planDisney! I am thrilled to see that you are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this summer! I have fond memories of spending my summer vacations in the Magic Kingdom when I was a young girl. This summer is a great time to plan a visit because you can enjoy the 50th Anniversary Celebration in all its glory. Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection was created as a tribute to 50 of Disney’s most loved movie characters. You will find them across all 4 theme parks. They make great photo ops and are willing to pose for selfies.

When you purchase theme park tickets separately, they must be paid in full at the time of purchase. If you decide to book a vacation package that includes accommodations at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel and Theme Park Tickets. You can pay a deposit, usually $200 but the amount is subject to change, and then make payments until the final amount is due. Your final balance is typically due 30 days before your arrival date. Hopefully, this would give you time to make payments as needed. There is a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel for every budget and you may want to check out the Special Offers, Deals, and Discounts page for current offers on vacation packages.

Whatever you decide, be sure to link your reservation and tickets to your My Disney Experience as soon as possible. During the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, the parks are operating at a limited capacity and all Guests need a Disney Park Pass reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket for admittance. Summer is a busy time of year and you want to make sure that you get your reservations in before the parks of your choice get booked up.

    See ya real soon,
