How can I make payments online for my upcoming WDW vacation?

Hey, howdy, hey Terri, and welcome back to planDisney. We love it when you mosey on over to this place to find enchanting answers to plan your Disney vacation. December will be here faster than you can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious."

To make a payment online towards your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package you will need a My Disney Experience account. If you have an account then let's blast off to "infinity and beyond" to make your payments. If not then it takes just a few minutes to create one. Once online navigate to the "My Plans" section of your account which is found by hovering over "My DisneyExpereince" under the search bar in the upper right corner of the website. When the new page loads you will see your all reservation details for your upcoming trip(s) including your confirmation number, Walt Disney World Resort hotel information, and remaining balance. Click on the blue "Make a Payment" link. Just follow the steps and "bibbidi bobbidi boo!" you have made a payment. If you choose to go through the My Disney Experience app you will be directed through your mobile browser to the Walt Disney World Resort website so it is faster to skip the app. You may also call and speak with a Cast Member if you need assistance. I should also mention that vacation package balances made through Authorized Disney Vacation Specialists (a.k.a travel agents) need to be paid through them.

Your balance should be paid off 30 days prior to your check-in date. Disney will send you a reminder email or snail mail only if you have not paid your balance by then.

planDisney Pro Tip: With a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package you are able to book advance dining reservations up to 60 days in advance plus the entire length of your hotel stay up to 10 days. I recommend you begin booking reservations beginning on your last day as the fewest Guests will have access to these reservations.

Terri, I hope this information helps you plan the best Disney vacation ever. Please ask me any follow-up questions to me directly.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
