    How do I make payments online? I cannot find my balance or how to make payments.

    Hey there, Nichole, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! It’s so exciting to see you here planning your upcoming Walt Disney World Vacation! Your vacation may seem like it’s way far off, but trust me it’ll be here before you know it! Especially with how fast this year is moving. Can you believe that it’s already July?

    Nichole, Guests who book a Disney Vacation Package - inclusive of Theme Park Tickets and a Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay - have the opportunity to apply payments to their vacation package balance over time. You should be able to manage your payments from within your My Disney Experience Account if your package is properly linked. However, if you booked your Vacation Package through a Travel Agent, then you will have to contact your agent to apply the payment on your behalf. 

    Assuming you booked the reservation on your own, you can follow the steps below to link your reservation and apply a payment through your My Disney Experience online account. If you are still unable to make your payment after completing the steps below, I suggest that you speak with a Reservations Cast Member for further assistance. 

    My Disney Experience Online Account

    1. Log into your My Disney Experience Account
    2. Hover over the “Resort Hotel” tab
    3. Select “Link a Reservation” and complete the prompts
    4. Select the “My Plans” option to display the details of your trip (since your reservation is now linked you should see the option to “Make a Payment”)
    5. Choose the “Make a Payment” option
    6. Complete the remaining prompts to apply your payment to your balance
