Hi Cynthia,
Welcome to planDisney!
I am cheering for you as you plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! First things first, make sure you create a
My Disney Experience account if you have not done so already. Once that account is created, you can
link your vacation package confirmation number to that account. Once your vacation package is linked, you should be able to see it in My Plans. From My Plans, you should see a link that says Make a Payment. When you click on that link, just follow the prompts to make a payment.
If you have trouble making a payment online, you can
contact a Cast Member by phone to get assistance with making payments. Check your email confirmation for additional details on when your final payment is due. Also review the
operational updates, particularly as it gets closer to the dates of your trip. Remember to make
advanced dining reservations 60 days prior to your visit.
Make sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and
Mobile Dine Check-in. If you are unable to secure advanced dining reservations, also check
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability. Whatever you do, make a plan for dining. On our last visit, we had dining reservations and we used Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Cynthia, I trust that you will be able to link that vacation package and make those payments. Also be sure to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations once you link your vacation package. In looking at the
theme park availability calendar, Disney's Hollywood Studios is not available on the day of your arrival. So, find a day that it does still have availability during your visit and make those park pass reservations immediately!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
