Can you make payments on your hotel stay before you arrive.

    Hi Staci,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question.  I am so glad to see you are considering a visit to Walt Disney World Resort, one of the many benefits of visiting is how simple it is to plan and make payments toward your vacation, it makes for a practically perfect trip every time!

If you book a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package that includes both Theme Park Tickets and a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stay, you are able to make payments toward your balance owing anytime in My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World Resort website.  In "My Plans" find your resort hotel reservation and you should see all of the information, including balance owing and a link to "Make a Payment".  Follow the prompts to complete the transaction and your payment will be updated in My Disney Experience.  You will also receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.  If you would prefer, payments can also be made by calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, where a Cast Member will be happy to process your payment.

On the other hand, if you choose to book a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Room-Only stay, final payment is due at the time of check-in.  After you book your reservation with a deposit, the balance remaining will be taken care of once you arrive.

I hope this information was helpful, Staci.  If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, please come back and visit planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
