Yes, you can absolutely make a payment using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Open your app and locate the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Once you click it, you will see several tiles. You need to find the one labeled “Future Plans.” Once you select it, scroll down to find your resort reservation. Click on it, and you will see an option to make a payment. If your plans have crash landed like Buzz Lightyear’s ship, and you can’t find them under Future Plans. You will need to link your reservations to your My Disney Experience account before making a payment. If you are still unable to make a payment, please reach out to a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357 for further assistance. Lastly, don’t forget that your final balance is due 30 days before your arrival date, so make sure to make a note of that in your calendar.
