Welcome to planDisney Gregory!
Happy to help you figure out how to make a payment on the Walt Disney World Resort website if you are eligible to do so. Before you make a payment online to your
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package (which bundles Theme Park tickets and a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel stay), make sure to double-check that your Vacation Package is linked in
My Disney Experience. You will know it is connected when you can see the details and confirmation number for your upcoming vacation under “My Plans.” If it is blank, you will need to input your confirmation information to link your Vacation Package and proceed with making payments.
Now one last thing to consider before making payments online. Are you trying to make payments to a room-only reservation or a reservation made by a travel agency?! If you answer yes to either of these questions, then you are not eligible to make online payments through My Disney Experience. For a room-only reservation, you will have to pay the final balance owed when you check-in at your resort hotel, and for vacations booked through a travel agency, all payments must be made through them.
To make payments on a Walt Disney World Vacation Package through My Disney Experience:
- In My Disney Experience, go to “My Plans.”
- Under “My Plans,” you should see your Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel information for your upcoming trip.
- To the right of your resort hotel information, there will be a blue button that says “Make Payment.”
- Click the button and follow the on-screen prompts to make a payment.
Sometimes, either Stitch eats the page or Wreck-it-Ralph accidentally breaks the internet, making it nearly impossible for you to make payments toward your vacation. If technical issues should arise, I recommend calling a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357 for help submitting payment. I know they can be a little busy just because everyone wants to speak to these incredible Mousketeers. Still, if you make your call earlier in the morning or later in the evening, you should experience much shorter wait times than during peak hours (lunch time and after work).
Please come back and see us if there is anything else we can help with!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
