Welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited that you are here today, and I get to help answer your question today. Just a friendly reminder, in order to make payments, your Vacation Package reservation must be linked through
My Disney Experience.
To make a payment towards your
Walt Disney World Vacation Package online, just follow these easy steps.
1. Log on to your My Disney Experience account and select “My Plans.”
2. Under “My Plans,” you should see your Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel information for June (i.e., confirmation number, dates, location, and remaining balance).
3. To the right of this information should be a blue button that says “Make Payment.”
4. Click the blue-button and follow the on-screen prompts to submit a payment towards your trip.
If you do not see an option to make a payment, did you use a travel agent or professional? If you booked your Vacation Package utilizing a travel agency or professional, you would not have the option to make a payment through My Disney Experience. To make a payment for a reservation made through a third-party provider, you will have to contact them to make payments.
Now, if you are experiencing technical difficulties and didn’t use a travel agent, please reach out to a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357 for additional assistance. They will be able to help process your payment processed. Please note that the wait times to speak to a Cast Member have been longer than usual due to higher than average call volume. My best suggestion is to make calls to Cast Members either earlier in the morning or later in the evening to shorten your wait times.
