Guests who have booked a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package are able to make payments online through your
My Disney Experience Account. On the
Walt Disney World Resort website, find the "My Disney Experience" tab in the top right hand corner of the website hover over the tab and select "My Plans". From there, you will be prompted to login if you haven't already done so, and under "My Itinerary, scroll down to find your resort information. Here you should see all of your reservation details, including balance owing. Beside the balance owing on the right, there should be a link to "Make a Payment". Follow the prompts to input your information and once confirmed the new balance should appear in My Disney Experience. You should also receive an email confirmation with an updated payment in around 24 hours. If by chance you cannot see your Reservation, you may need to try and link your reservation using your confirmation number found in the original email confirmation. You could also try calling
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be happy to process your payment.
If you have booked a resort only stay sit back and relax! Final payment is due at the time of check-in so once you arrive a Cast Member will be able to process your payment.
