how do I make a payment on my vacation

    Greetings, Stephanie!

Welcome to planDisney, I’m so happy you stopped by. I’m Shantel, and I’m more than happy to help you complete your payment and answer any other vacation planning questions you may have. Let’s get started!

You have a couple of options when making a payment towards your upcoming visit. The first option is to complete the payment online. This option can only be done if you’ve booked your reservation as a vacation package. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll want to first link your upcoming reservation to your My Disney Experience account. Once linked, you’ll be able to see your upcoming reservation listed under the “My Plans” heading. Towards the right of your reservation details, you’ll see a blue link titled “Make a Payment”. Click on that and complete the steps to process your payment. After a few short clicks and some Pixie Dust, your payment will be processed, and you’ll be one step closer to this magical trip.

Another option you have is to complete your payment over the phone. Simply call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line, and a Cast Member will help you complete your payment. Be sure to have your reservation confirmation number handy when calling. After verifying your identity, reservation details, and the wave of a wand, the Cast Member will go ahead and process your payment over the phone. Honestly, both options are so easy that it won’t take long to finish.

Just think, in a few short months, you’ll be soaking in the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. It’s going to be so magical! I recommend taking the time you have now to work out any other planning details. Things like dining reservations or adding Enchanting Extras to your visit are things you can start thinking about now. Keep in mind that all of those options can be booked 60 days before your arrival. While your 60-day mark isn’t here yet, it will be very soon! TIP: Set a reminder on your phone for your pre-arrival bookings! I like to wake up early and schedule our must-dos before the family wakes up. They all give me their number one choice, and I try my very best to make it happen! Breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace is something we can’t go without, so that’s usually our number one booking and the reason why I wake up early.

Stephanie, I hope this helps. Enjoy your upcoming visit, and if there’s anything else we can help with, you know where to find us!

    See ya real soon,

    Shantel

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
