It's easy to
make payments on your Walt Disney World vacation package through your
My Disney Experience account. Once all of your travel details are linked to your account, it's easy to manage all of your plans and payments in one place! First, you'll need to log into your My Disney Experience account on the
Walt Disney World website and check to make sure your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation is linked to your account. You can complete this step by hovering over the "Resort Hotel" tab and selecting "Link a Reservation". You'll then see a prompt to "Link a Resort Reservation to your Account", and you'll enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. Once successfully linked, you should see an option to "Make a Payment" at the top of the page.
An email or direct mail notification should be generated as a reminder of your final payment due date, which is 30 days prior to your arrival. (Guests with room-only reservations will not need to make a final payment until arrival at the resort.) If you have any issues making payments through your My Disney Experience account, you can reach out to a Cast Member for assistance by calling (407) 939-7675 or by
sending an email with your payment inquiries. (When using the email form, I've typically received a reply within 24-48 hours.)
