Welcome to planDisney! Before you make a payment to your
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, please double-check that your package is linked to your
My Disney Experience account (you can tell by if you can see your upcoming May trip details when you log in). My Disney Experience is your planning hub for every magical detail of your trip.
After confirming that your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package is linked, follow these steps to make a payment towards your package.
1. In your My Disney Experience account, navigate to "My Plans."
2. Under "My Plans," you should see your Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel information for May (i.e., confirmation number, dates, and remaining balance).
3. To the right of your resort information, there will be a blue button that says "Make Payment."
4. Click the blue-button and complete the on-screen steps to process your payment.
5. Don't forget that your final balance must be paid 30 days prior to your trip's start.
If you do not see an option to make a payment, there are three possible reasons why not.
1. Did you book a room-only reservation that is not a part of a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package? If so, you are unable to make payments towards a room-only reservation. You can only pay the remaining balances for room-only reservations at check-in.
2. Did you use a travel agent or professional? If you book your Vacation Package using a third-party travel agency, you will not have the option to make a payment through My Disney Experience. You will need to contact the travel agent you worked with to make payments toward your Vacation Package.
3. If neither of these applies to you, it could just be Stitch wreaking havoc behind the scenes. Technical difficulties are no fun, but you can still make a payment towards your package. You will just need to call a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357 for additional assistance. Please note that the wait times to speak to a Cast Member can get pretty long due to higher call volume. Try calling early in the morning or later in the evening to minimize your wait.
