Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to stop by with your question about payments. One of the many reasons I love Walt Disney World Resort vacations is how easy it is to plan and pay for our trips.
Guests who have booked a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package that includes a Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay and Theme Park Tickets can make a payment online on the
Walt Disney World Resort website. First, sign into your
My Disney Experience Account and under the tab "My Disney Experience" select "My Plans". Once you are on the My Plans" page you will be able to scroll down to your reservation and see all of the details about your upcoming stay, including the balance owing and s link to "Make A Payment". Follow the prompts to add all of your information and once complete you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. The payment will also be reflected in your My Disney Experience Account within 24 hours. If you do not see your reservation, you may need to link your reservation to your My Disney Experience Account. To do this you will need your confirmation number that would be in the confirmation email you received when booking. To link your reservation, select "My Plans" and then hover over "Resort Hotel". You should see "Link Reservation", and then follow the prompts to input your confirmation number and other information. If you would prefer, you could also call Disney Resort Hotel Services and a Cast Member will be happy to assist with your payment.
If you have booked a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Room-Only reservation, final payment is due upon arrival, so will be taken care of when you check-in to your Resort Hotel.
