    How can I make a payment towards my balance online?

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. 

    It looks like you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation on the horizon! November will be an awesome time to visit, as all four theme parks will be joining in The World's Most Magical Celebration to commemorate Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary. The 18-month celebration is going to be amazing! There is magic in the air, and memories are waiting to be made. 

    If you'd like to make payments on an existing Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, follow these steps:

    • Sign in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website.
    • Go to the "My Plans" page to make sure your reservation has been successfully linked to your account.
    • If your reservation is not linked, hover over the "Resort Hotel" tab and select "Link a Reservation", and follow the prompts to enter your reservation confirmation number and the name of the lead guest on the reservation.
    • Once successfully linked, you should see an option to "Make a Payment" at the top of the page.
    • If you have any further questions or need assistance making payments toward your balance, I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member for assistance. You can reach them by phone at (407) 939-7675, or by using this convenient email form.
