Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, but there is something extra special about the fall.
I’m sorry to hear you are having difficulty making a payment on your reservation. First, let’s determine if you can make payments under your current reservation. Guests with a room-only reservation cannot make payments over time toward their vacation balance. How do you know that you have a room-only reservation? Open up your Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel confirmation and scroll until you see the section marked “Contact Us.” If you see an additional section that says “Room Only Terms and Conditions,” you only have a room-only reservation and cannot make payments until you check-in.
Guests with a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package (a specific reservation combining a room at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel and theme park tickets) can pay under their
My Disney Experience account.
To make payments on a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package:
1. Log in to your My Disney Experience account.
2. Under “My Plans,” locate your resort hotel details (if you don’t see them, double-check that you have your reservation linked before proceeding).
3. If you can see your resort hotel information, you should also see a blue button labeled “Make Payment” next to your resort information.
4. Click the button, and you will be able to see your remaining balance and make a payment.
