    Payment plan?

Hi Stephen! Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad you’re here!

It looks like you’re considering a visit to Walt Disney World this coming January. Well, you’ve picked an incredible time to experience the magic. If you arrive any time before March 31st, 2023, you’ll arrive in time to enjoy the magic of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. And what a celebration it is, Stephen! My favorite part is all of the EARidescent magic found at every corner. You'll love Beacons of Magic illuminating all four theme park icons in magnificent color and light. It really is spectacular! If you plan to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios at night, see if you can spot the guests enjoying a celebratory dance in the windows at the top of The Hollywood Tower Hotel. How cool is that?!

Now, there is no official payment plan available for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. However, booking your package requires only a $200 deposit to confirm (though that amount is subject to change), and your final payment is not due until 30 days before your arrival. So, since you can make incremental payments to your vacation over time, you can effectively use this method to act as a payment plan for your vacation. For example, I like to put the minimum deposit down and split my payments up equally over the remaining months leading up to my trip. It makes it much easier to afford my visit since I don’t need to pay for everything up front. Pretty great, right?

Once you have your vacation booked and you’re ready to make your first payment, start by logging into your My Disney Experience account from the Walt Disney World website. Next, hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner, and click on "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. From there, scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets" section, and you should see a blue link that reads "Make a Payment." Click on that link, then follow the prompts to make your payment, and you are all set! If you don't see this link for any reason, worry not! You’ll just need to give the helpful Cast Members on the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team a call at (407) 939-1936. They will be happy to process your payment over the phone.

I hope you found this answer helpful, Stephen! As you continue to plan for your visit, know that we are here to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. So, please visit us again with any questions you may have.

    Bye for now!
