what payment options can I use to pay for dinning and items though out the parks?

    Hi Kortney,

As long as you aren't paying in magic, you are good at Walt Disney World. They accept all the same forms of payment as other major establishments like cash, credit and debit cards, Disney Gift Cards, and mobile payment options.

My favorite way to pay is with a MagicBand+. All you need to do is add a payment method to your My Disney Experience account and swipe your MagicBand+ at most Disney locations. These devices can also store your theme park tickets and act as your Disney Resort hotel room key. I love this option because I don't need to take anything out of my purse or use my phone and I get to stay immersed in the magic of my surroundings.

Disney's MagicMobile is also available on your smartphone and once set up, you can use mobile payment options like Google Pay and Apple Pay at Disney locations. MagicMobile can also be used for theme park tickets, Lightning Lanes entrances, and PhotoPass. Keep in mind that Disney World encourages the use of low-contact payment options at most locations but cash transactions are always an option.

During your visit, the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival should be in full swing. It is an amazing event where you can eat at food booths from all over the world and explore several different cultures! During these events, they offer Disney Gift Cards for purchase that hang from a little bracelet to use at all of the food booths. This is a fun limited-time option that keeps your hands free for the event and helps you budget how much you want to spend on snacks!

    Happy Planning,
