    How do I make a payment if the option no longer pops up?

     Gena, I am so excited to hear you'll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort this summer. My family and I have a summer visit planned too, and we're counting down the days!

     You're going to love experiencing the Disney Resorts Collection. When you stay at a Disney Resort hotel, you stay IN the magic, even after you leave the theme parks! If you have a room-only reservation at your Disney Resort hotel, there's no need to make a payment before your arrival. Your balance will be due upon check-in. If you have a Walt Disney World vacation package and you don't see the option to pay your balance on My Disney Experience, just call the Reservation Team at (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to process that payment over the phone for you!

     As you prepare for your arrival, be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations! As experiences and services return to the Walt Disney World Resort, you'll see that information posted on the Disney Parks Blog.
