Mary, your payment can be applied to your remaining balance online in your
My Disney Experience account. After logging into your account, select the “My Plans” option to display the details of your upcoming trip. Then choose the “Make a Payment” option and complete the remaining prompts to apply the payment to your balance. If you used an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner to book your trip, you won’t be able to make payments on your own — all payments must be applied by that travel agent. If this is you, contact your Planner and have them apply the payment on your behalf. If you have any issues applying your payment online, you can reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277.
