    how do I make a payment on my Disney reservation

    Hi Amanda!

    I'm excited to hEAR you have an upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation - I'm sure you're probably counting down the days until you arrive! I'm happy to help you make online payments on your reservation. 

    If your trip is booked as a vacation package, you'll be able to make payments through your My Disney Experience account. Here are some helpful steps to get you started:

    • First, sign in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. Visit the "My Plans" page and check to see if your Disney Resort Hotel reservation is linked to your account.
    •  If your Resort Hotel information is successfully linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should see a "Make a Payment" tab at the top of the page.
    • If your reservation is not linked, you can hover over the "Resort Hotel" tab, select "Link a Reservation" and follow the prompts to link your reservation using the confirmation number and last name of the lead Guest on the reservation.
    • If the "Make a Payment" tab does not appear once your Resort Hotel information is linked, you may need to refresh the page or sign out and back in. If you experience any technical difficulties with your online payments, you can try updating to the latest version of your web browser. If you still don't see the payment tab, you may need to reach out to a helpful Disney Cast Member for help with your account. You can submit a request for assistance using this online email form, or you can call to speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-7675.
    • Please note: For a "room-only" reservation, your balance will be due when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel. If you booked your vacation through a travel planner, you will need to contact them to arrange payment on your vacation package.
