This is a great planning question. The ability to make a payment from the
My Disney Experience app is not always available. I suggest that you log in to your account from a computer. It's easier to navigate and see all of the details of your vacation.
However, once you've logged in on the mobile app, tap the menu (☰) in the bottom right corner and select “My Plans & Tickets.” From there, scroll down until you see your resort reservation details. You should see an option that says “Make a Payment.” Tap that, and it will walk you through entering your payment information and applying it directly to your vacation package balance.
If you don’t see the payment option in the app, sometimes it doesn’t appear for certain reservations, like room-only bookings. You can log in to your account on the
Disney World website, where the payment option is always available. And of course, if you’d rather speak to someone directly, you can call, and a Cast Member will be happy to help you make your payment over the phone.
Disney vacation package, which includes your resort room,
theme park tickets, and the optional
Dining Plan, will have the option to make a payment online, while room-only reservation payments can only be paid by speaking with a Cast Member.
