I’m sorry to hEAR you are having difficulties linking your
Walt Disney World Resort reservation. Let’s see if I can help link your reservation to your
My Disney Experience account. Then, you will be able to make your payments online.
Double-check the reservation number you are typing in. If that still doesn’t allow you to link your reservation, I sometimes find that working on a desktop instead of using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, will solve the problem. I also recommend switching or updating your
web browser, which usually does the trick. Of course, if none of these solutions work, I recommend
contacting a Cast Member by calling the Walt Disney World Resort. A Cast Member will be more than happy to help you navigate through this problem.
While you are connected with a Cast Member, about linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience account, you can go ahead and let them know that you would also like to make a payment towards your
vacation package. After completing your payment through the phone (and finally connecting your reservation to your account) you will then be able to make your next payment either
by calling or online.
