When it comes to making payments, you have a couple of convenient options. The easiest is to sign in to your My Disney Experience account, the same one you used to make your booking. Hover over “
My Disney Experience,” then click on “My Plans.” Scroll down to locate your reservation, select it, and you should see the “Make a Payment” option if your package is eligible. You'll also be able to view any previous payments you’ve made on this page.
If you do not see this option or have difficulty finding it, you can also
call Disney. Here, a Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you in making a payment for your upcoming vacation. Please keep in mind that if you booked through a travel agent, you will need to contact the agency directly to make a payment.
For
room-only reservations, the remaining balance isn't due until you check in. However, if you prefer, you can pay off your balance in advance either online or by calling Disney directly.
