Now, let’s chat about making a payment on your vacation. The first question I have for you is, do you have a room-only reservation or a
Vacation Package? The reason I ask is that Guests with only a room-only reservation (when you pay for your theme park tickets in a separate transaction from your resort hotel reservation) are not able to make payments toward their final vacation. If you have a Vacation Package (a booking that combines theme park tickets with a resort hotel reservation), let me walk you through the steps to make a payment. First, log in to your
My Disney Experience account. Once logged in, you should see the header, “Bruce’s Plans and Tickets.” Scroll down until you see the resort hotel reservation details for your upcoming vacation. If you have a Vacation Package, you will see an option near the confirmation number to make a payment. Click that button and follow the onscreen instructions to make a payment! If, for some reason, you do not see that option, you should then reach out to a Cast Member in
Ticket and Hotel Reservations for further assistance. Sometimes there is a system glitch, and only a Cast Member can help.
