Welcome to planDisney, friend! This is such a great question. There are a couple of different ways that you can easily make a payment towards your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. The first is through your
My Disney Experience account. Select the
My Plans option from the My Disney Experience menu on the
Walt Disney World website. This page will list all of your upcoming plans, including details about your Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel. Under your resort information will be a confirmation number and a blue link to
Make a Payment. Select this link to proceed. Follow the remaining prompts to process your payment in a matter of moments. If you do not see this option, there could be a few reasons you are unable to process the payment.
- Vacation plans booked through a travel agency will not see this option. You will need to process all payments directly through your travel professional.
- Should your reservation be a room-only booking (hotel accommodations without tickets) and not part of a vacation package, your final balance will be due at check-in and you will not be able to make a payment at this time.
- Your travel plans may not be linked to your account. If your My Plans page doesn't show your upcoming plans, Hakuna Matata. You can easily link your reservation in a few steps. All you need is the confirmation email you received when booking.
It is important to note that payments can only be made through My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website. Payments cannot be made through the
My Disney Experience app. Should you find you are still unable to process a payment towards your magical travels, you can also make a payment by phone. A friendly Cast Member with
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations can help assist you with making a payment. Calls can be made from 7 AM to 11 PM ET.
