Hiya Candy,
Welcome to planDisney! We are so excited to have you here and to help you with planning for your September vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many incredible things happening at the Most Magical Place on Earth this year. Some of my favorites include
50th Anniversary Celebration, the launch of
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and the opening of
Finding Nemo: The Big Blue...and Beyond! at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! With so much to do, budgeting is crucial, so I love that if you have a
Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you can make payments towards your magical vacation.
Suppose you have a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package (which combines Theme Park Tickets with resort accommodations at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel). In that case, you can find and make a payment towards your remaining balance using My Disney Experience. However, if you only have a room-only reservation, you will not be able to make payments toward your remaining balance. In this instance, you will have to wait until you check in to your resort hotel to make the final payment. If you do have a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, follow these easy steps to make a payment:
1. First, log in to your
My Disney Experience account and select “My Plans” from the drop-down menu.
2. Under “My Plans,” you should see your upcoming September trip itinerary, including your resort hotel details and
Disney Park Pass Reservations. If you do not see your resort hotel details under “My Plans,” you will need to link your resort hotel to My Disney Experience to proceed.
3. If you can see your resort hotel information, you should also see a blue button next to it labeled “Make Payment.”
4. Select that button you will be able to see your current remaining balance and make a payment. Note that your final balance must be paid in full by 30 days before your trip arrival.
I hope that you can get a payment made, Candy. If there is anything else we can help you with, please come back and see us!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
