These are two great questions! I just talked to a very helpful Cast Member at the
Disneyland Hotel, and this is what I found out...
1. The laundry room area is under construction at the Disneyland Hotel. HOWEVER, Guests are able to use the laundry room area at
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel.
2. While there have been talks about offering dry cleaning service to Guests, the Cast Member did inform me that that dry cleaning services are not available at this time.
