Hi there!! If I am paying $20 per night to park at my resort, do I also have to pay $25 to park at the theme park for the day?!! I am worried my husband will not enjoy the buses. Thanks for your help!!

Hi Marcie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Yay! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins tomorrow, and I can't help but be excited for you! I'm thrilled to hear that you have chosen to stay at a Disney Resort hotel. Between the incredible themes of the resorts, to the convenience of location, to the amazing benefits that you receive as a Disney Resort hotel Guest, you will not regret your decision one bit!

Speaking of amazing benefits, Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel receive complimentary theme park parking as one of the perks! While my family loves utilizing the complimentary transportation options around the Walt Disney World Resort, I have a lot of friends that prefer to drive themselves around property. They definitely have the advantage of getting around more quickly since they don't have to wait for transportation to arrive and don't have to worry about multiple stops at large resorts. When you enter the theme park parking lot, simply have your MagicBand ready so the Cast Member can verify that you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel and you can park at no charge!

I hope this helps with your planning, Marcie! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
