Does paying for parking at the resort include parking at the parks? If so, how does that work? Are we given passes for parking? Are there special parking spots for resort guests?

    Welcome, Sara!

Thanks for making a pit stop at planDisney! It sounds like you’re gEARing up for a vacation to “The Most Magical Place on Earth!”

I’m happy to report that Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel receive complimentary standard parking at theme parks for the length of their Resort stay. All you have to do is present valid Disney Resort hotel identification, such as a MagicBand, to enter the theme park parking lot at no additional cost! Resort Guests do not have designated parking spaces. But, if you purchased a Park Hopper ticket, you have the option to use the complimentary Walt Disney World transportation system rather than driving to the other theme parks. So feel free to park at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in the morning and then take the Disney Skyliner to EPCOT in the evening!

If you have not visited in a while, please make sure to review the Know Before You Go information! That way you are up-to-date on all the current health and safety guidelines like temperature checks and facial coverings. Plus, the latest procedures including the Disney Park Pass reservation system.

If you think of any more questions before your vacation, race on back to planDisney!
