When paying online with a Disney Gift card, what numbers do I enter in the space that says account/card number?

Hello Lesley and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My family loves using Disney Gift Cards for our Walt Disney World vacations.  They help us to budget, and we can often find them at a discount at some retailers like Target and membership clubs like Sam's Club.

When you want to pay online using your Disney Gift Card for Disney Theme Park tickets, special event tickets, vacation packages, or Disney Resort hotels, there is a place to click "pay with a Disney Gift Card."  After you click that you will be presented with a place to enter the card number. The account number is a total of 16 numbers. Typically you will need to scratch off the coating covering some of the numbers to see the final four numbers in the account number. Enter the full number and voila! It should apply what is available on your card to the order.

I hope this is helpful to you. If you are still having issues entering your Disney Gift Card, I suggest that you call the helpful Cast Members at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. They should be able to help.

    See ya real soon!

I’m Anne, a native Iowan, wife, mother, and grandmother. For me, a major part of the fun of a Disney trip is the planning. I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel with multi-generational groups. I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
