Paying and checking balance on package

Hey there Sharon! Welcome to planDisney. It's a pleasure to have you stop by and visit with us about your Walt Disney World vacation package.

If you booked a Disney vacation package, you can make payments and check your balance in your My Disney Experience account.

You'll just log in, go to “My Plans”, and you’ll see your reservation details along with your remaining balance. From there, you can make payments whenever you’d like up until your final due date.

You don’t have to pay it all at once. You can make smaller payments here and there, or pay the balance in full whenever you’re ready.

Just be mindful of the final payment deadline. For most Walt Disney World vacation packages, your balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. If your balance isn’t paid by then, your reservation could be at risk of cancellation, so it’s a good idea to set yourself a reminder.

If you’d rather not pay online, you can always call Disney Reservations and make a payment over the phone. Either way, once you make a payment, it usually shows up in your account quickly, so you’ll always know exactly where you stand.

Sharon, please visit with us again soon if you need more specific help with choosing Lightning Lanes or Advanced Dining Reservations.
