Ahoy, Shawna! I'm so glad you cruised by planDisney as you plan for your adventure beyond the reef! Booking a
Disney Cruise Line vacation is one of my favorite things to do, and, like you, I like making payments along the way.
There are two main required payment points: a deposit and your final payment. When you make a reservation, you have three days to pay the deposit, which is typically 10% of the total fare. The date your final payment is due depends on the length of your cruise. Cruises that are 6 nights or longer require final payment 120 days before your sail date. For shorter cruises, final payment is due 90 days before your trip. These timings apply to eligible bookings, are different for suites and concierge-level rooms, and are subject to change. Once you are
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo-ked, you can see the date your final payment is due.
Between your deposit and final payment, you have all the flexibility to
Pay at Your Own Pace. You can easily make payments anytime by going to "Already Booked," selecting "
Make a Payment," and following the prompts online. You can also access this on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app by opening your reservation and selecting the "Make a Payment" tile. I try to pay a little each month, making it easier to plan and avoiding a larger payment when my final payment date arrives.
Disney Cruise Line can help with all the
whoozits and whatzits galore, including booking your cruise, air travel, ground transportation, and
pre- and post-cruise hotel stays. You can
call to speak with a Cast Member about all these options for your cruise planning. They make it so easy to set sail with a worry-free philosophy! Hakuna Matata!
