Hi Christine,
Welcome to planDisney! I am super excited to greet a fellow North Carolinian!
If you have already booked a
vacation package, you will need to link it in
My Disney Experience. Once linked, you should be able to pull up that reservation in My Plans. Look for a link that says Make a Payment (it will be near the reservation information in My Plans). And then just click on that link and go through the steps to make a payment.
If you do not see the link or cannot make the payment online for some reason, please
contact a Cast Member by phone. Given that hold times can be long, I advise you to go with your plan of making payments online. And be sure to make the final payment by the due date.
As you continue to plan, I do hope you book
advanced dining reservations when your
reservation window opens. When we visited in December, we made dining reservations for most meals. When I visit last week, we mostly used Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. For our upcoming trip in July, my family has dining reservations for most meals. With the summer heat, I have decided that dining reservations are a must-do for my family so that we get air-conditioned breaks during the day.
Since policies and procedures are updating, I suggest that you keep an eye on the
operational updates prior to your visit. Make sure that you have
Disney Park Pass system reservations for everyone in your party. Check the
theme park reservation availability calendar prior to canceling and trying to change any park pass reservations.
Christine, if you have not done so already, I also suggest that you familiarize yourself with other digital tools through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. I loved using
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering,
Mobile Dine Check-in, and
Disney MagicMobile service on my most recent visit this past week!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
